Sam Paradigm Foundation was established in 2021 as a charitable, non-governmental development organisation created to translate compassion into structured, measurable social impact. Since its founding, the Foundation has delivered a consistent programme of orphan care, health screenings and basic healthcare outreach, educational scholarships, and borehole/WASH infrastructure.
The Foundation operates at the intersection of humanitarian relief, sustainable development, and faith-motivated service — a positioning that broadens its constituency of support to include the Church, the diaspora, corporate CSR partners, and secular development funders alike.
Anchored in an unwavering commitment to compassionate action, the Foundation delivers high-impact social interventions across four core domains: the care and holistic development of orphans and vulnerable children, community health screenings and basic healthcare outreach, the award of educational scholarships to unlock opportunity for promising but disadvantaged learners, and the provision of clean water through the drilling of boreholes in communities facing chronic water scarcity.

The Foundation is led by its Founder and Executive Director, Prophet Sampson Okyere, who concurrently serves as the General Overseer of Prayer Paradigm Ministry International (PPMI). This dual leadership mandate is a strategic asset: it connects the Foundation to an existing, mobilised community of goodwill, a trusted public voice, and an established platform for advocacy and fundraising across Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Under his leadership, the Foundation has built a track record of direct, on-the-ground delivery that this five-year Global Corporate Strategy (2026–2030) seeks to consolidate — elevating the Foundation from a respected national and regional actor into a world-class, internationally recognised humanitarian brand.
The Foundation's three-branch structure is the backbone of its global brand strategy. Each branch carries a distinct strategic function within a single, unified brand identity — enabling resource mobilisation in hard currency across three time zones while deploying impact directly into last-mile communities.
Ghana serves as the Foundation's operational headquarters and the primary site of direct programme delivery: orphan-care facilities and partner homes, scholarship beneficiary institutions, and borehole/WASH project sites are predominantly located here. The Ghana office houses the Programmes, Finance, and Field Operations functions.
The UK branch anchors the Foundation's presence in the European philanthropic market and serves the substantial Ghanaian and wider West African diaspora community. Its principal mandate is donor cultivation, diaspora giving campaigns, UK Gift Aid-eligible fundraising, grant applications to UK trusts and foundations, and brand visibility across European church and CSR networks.
The US branch anchors the Foundation's presence in the world's largest philanthropic market. Its mandate includes cultivation of 501(c)(3)-aligned giving, engagement with US-based foundations, corporate CSR and matching-gift programmes, faith-based philanthropic networks, and the North American diaspora.
The Foundation is committed to separation of fiduciary governance from ecclesiastical governance, with distinct boards, bank accounts, and independently audited accounts — designed to meet the institutional due-diligence standards of global partners.
