Twice yearly, the Foundation convenes its flagship Major Programmes. The July Programme is a mid-year outreach delivery event covering orphan-care initiatives, scholarship disbursement milestones, and community and borehole commissioning. The December Programme is the Foundation's flagship annual moment — year-end outreach combined with an Impact Summit bringing together branches, partners, and donors to review the year and launch the following year's priorities. Both programmes are sponsorship-ready platforms with tiered sponsorship packages available.

The Foundation is committed to the highest standard of financial transparency and accountability. Its governance principles include separation of the Foundation's fiduciary governance from PPMI's ecclesiastical governance, with distinct boards, bank accounts, and annually audited accounts in each branch jurisdiction. A published Conflict of Interest Policy covers all trustees and senior staff. Annual Impact Reports are published following the December Programme.
